What changed in one day of work
1 · The god node moved. The abstract CPO stepped aside; CLAUDE.md root · Day 1 took over with 25 edges — because it became the operational reference for everything that came next. Right behind: CHRO Directorate and CPO Directorate.
2 · Concrete communities replaced conceptual ones. New clusters: Digital Brain · Showcase Index (65 nodes), Wave 26 Research & Tagline (57), Design System · Tokens & Colors (52). Real work is doing the clustering.
3 · Cross-directorate lessons appear as their own community. Something that didn't exist on Day 1: Cross-Directorate Lessons 2026-05-10. After one project, there's already learning on the shelf.

Radical honesty about this snapshot
The graph covers internal repository structure only — CLAUDE.md, ADRs, lessons, code, persona prompts. No client data, no secrets, no real-world usage analytics. Paths are shown as Projetos/..., sanitized so no local home directory ever leaks.
